You may be very clear what you want to work on in your coaching, or you may need some assistance in clarifying what outcomes you want to achieve.
We believe that you have the potential to achieve these outcomes, and our role is to help you clarify and achieve them.
In the process you’ll likely overcome whatever might be getting in the way of achieving your aspirations.
One of our coaches worked with a client over a 6-month period. The initial brief was to work with him to increase participation and effectiveness in key meetings and work on the effectiveness of his interactions with key stakeholders. Through a tailored series of 6 coaching sessions, including 2 key meetings with his line manager, he both met his manager’s and his own specific expectations and became much more comfortable in delivering in a highly effective way while remaining true to himself.
How do we work?
We’ll work with you to tailor a coaching programme to suit your specific coaching needs, typically involving a defined number of sessions over several months.
We may suggest involving your line manager in an up-front meeting if they have provided input to specific development objectives.
We’ll adapt our approach, providing support and challenge as appropriate.
